Alexia Harrist has not responded to this email I sent her on June 30, 2021 (below). I still await her answers to my questions.
Since I wrote to her, the experimental covid injection death and injury rate has doubled (as reported by the CDC’s own VAERS statistics). It now reports over 13,000 DEATHS and nearly 600,000 injuries in the USA. She has not edited or removed her dishonest “safe & effective” videos regarding the experimental vaccines.
In addition, it is now being widely reported that the experimental vaccines do not work. Break-through cases reveal the injections do not prevent catching covid and they do not prevent transmitting covid to others. So why the continued push to get an experimental injection into every arm? Why the continued dishonest claims that the vaccines are “safe & effective?” Especially when there are other, safer, early treatment and prevention options available.
Please remind Alexia that as a government employee, she works for the citizens, we do not work for her. Please ask her to respond to my letter.

As State Health Officer, I imagine you are doing the best you can during a difficult time. However, I just watched your series of videos answering common covid vaccine questions and am appalled. Your tiny pool of information is obviously restricted to government and CDC narratives. In these videos, you make widely general comments about the covid vaccines like “safe” and “it works,” and “side effects are short-lasting.” You are ignoring massive amounts of information that prove the opposite.
You never mention any of this information:
• The vaccines have not been approved by the FDA, only allowed on an emergency basis. The vaccines are described by their manufacturers as “experimental.” The vaccines did NOT get the adequate human testing you claim. The people getting the vaccines right now ARE the test subjects.
• The latest (USA) CDC Vaccine Adverse Event Reports (VAERS) show 387,000 adverse reactions after receiving the experimental covid vaccinations including 6,113 DEATHS. This massive spike of adverse reactions is more than all other adverse vaccine reactions over the past several decades, COMBINED. The swine flu vaccine in 1976 was stopped after just 4,000 adverse reactions, including 53 deaths. Since the VAERS stats require self-reporting and are not publicized, the numbers are highly UNDERSTATED. A prior Harvard study reveals that only 1% of adverse vaccine reactions were reported in the past. This means today’s VAERS numbers could actually be ONE HUNDRED TIMES LARGER. It is NOT HONEST to call the covid vaccines “safe” in any stretched definition of the word.
• Multiple Ivermectin and hydroxychloriquine studies reveal both these drugs are having massive success rates in stopping covid. Multiple frontline doctors report spectacular results, yet are censored by media, government and the medical establishment. There is no need for an experimental vaccine.
• Vitamins D, C, B and zinc, combined with fresh air and sunshine, are proven to strengthen immune systems.
• Half the global population has a natural immunity to covid-19 either through prior exposure or stronger immune systems, so 50% of the population does NOT NEED any experimental vaccine.
• The overall covid survival rate of 99.77% does not justify taking the risks of an experimental vaccine with so many reports of adverse reactions and DEATH. Especially when better options exist.
• Youth rates of covid infection and death are so miniscule, there is no rational reason to inject ANY child with the experimental vaccine. Calling the covid vaccines safe and effective is a dishonest summary. You can only make this claim by hyper-focusing on the smallest fraction of old information and ignoring the massive amount of newer, more accurate information.
My questions are these:
Why are you only sharing the discredited government and CDC narrative when there is a massive amount of other, credible, contrasting information out there from frontline doctors and experts?
Is someone preventing you from expanding your information pool and sharing that knowledge?
Do you realize that by promoting the vaccines as “safe,” without warning citizens of the massive numbers of adverse reactions and deaths as reported by the CDC’s own VAERS data, you may be personally, morally liable when people are injured or die due to the experimental vaccines?
Have you ever read the Nuremburg Code? It applies because the vaccine is experimental. Each person you recommend to take the vaccine is undergoing a medical experiment. Your failure to fully explain the risks of taking an experimental vaccine are in violation of the Code. Here it is:

2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the experiment.
4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death.
8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
I also encourage you to self-educate yourself about the futility of masks, social distancing and lockdowns. Many recent studies prove all of those efforts were not only ineffective, but caused far more injuries and lost life years than they claimed to save. Masking children is especially harmful. Restricting anyone’s respiration system creates an array of nasty visible and invisible health effects. I say this because I can see the pandemic industrial complex is now warning us of “variants” that may pressure you to impose these unlawful mandates on Wyoming citizens again.
Their warnings and restrictions to already-vaccinated people only prove their vaccines DO NOT WORK AS PROMISED.

I say “unlawful mandates” because you DO NOT, and DID NOT have the constitutional authority to impose those mandates. Suggest, yes. Mandate, NO. The Wyoming Constitution (a contract written by citizens to restrict government) only grants state leaders limited authority. We self govern here which means citizens are superior to government in every authority not delegated to government. Government leaders MUST stay within the limited powers we delegated to them, and MUST NOT violate our God-given citizen rights as spelled out in the constitution. When leaders overreach, their orders are null and void and of no lawful consequence. Citizens are wise enough to make these determinations ourselves and will not comply.
Specifically, you, your county health officers and Wyoming leaders were in violation of Wyoming citizens’ right to make their own health care choices (Article 1, “Definition of Rights, ”section 38). Also, due to mandated masks, social distancing & lockdowns, state and local officials were in violation of sections 1,7,21 and 33. Just because most people succumbed to the overreach does not make it lawful or right. Finally, I encourage you to start educating citizens on how to maintain and strengthen their immune systems. This is our number one defense and has worked for the vast majority of people who HAVE NOT, and WILL NOT, catch covid. I have seen nothing from your health department discussing immune systems on a local or state level. I wonder why you are making this obvious omission.
As an educated citizen, I ask you to remove those misleading videos immediately (Mike: they eventually did remove the videos and I'm sure it was due to my letters). If you continue to promote the experimental vaccines, I remind you of your moral and legal obligation to fully inform everyone of the many risks as exposed by the CDC’s own VAERS data. People who undergo medical experiments MUST be fully informed of the risks. Children and teens under age 18 are especially vulnerable to being steamrolled into unwitting medical experimentation.

I greatly encourage you to start questioning the information you’re given, greatly increase the size of your information pool, do your own research, and apply some critical thinking skills. There are many non-mainstream, credible sources and studies that directly contradict the shallow and illogical CDC and government advice. ALL leaders and citizens should perform their own research and become their own experts. The topic is too important to blindly trust corrupted organizations and governments.
