Lodge a Complaint

Photos: Today's cabin

By Mike Johnson

Words present pictures. Feelings. Attitudes.
We can use this to our benefit when we write out our dreams.

The more vibrant our words, the richer our imagination of the dream.
Now if we visualize the dream from the position of having already achieved it, the manifestation arrives exponentially faster.

Like everything, this takes practice.

But why not imagine yourself having already mastered this ability too?

Neville Goddard taught millions how to better manifest through his talks and books.

He boils the secret down to this:

“Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled and continue feeling that it is fulfilled until that which you feel, objectifies itself."

He boils down our failure to achieve the dream to this:

“Man’s chief delusion is his conviction that there are causes other than his own state of consciousness.”

Forty years ago, Margie & I used to visit a craft store in an adorable log cabin. The crafts hadn’t captured us, the cabin had. We used shopping as an excuse to physically stand in the cabin and imagine it ours.

We hadn’t yet learned of Neville Goddard. We just knew it felt good to stand inside our dream.

It took 25 years to get our log cabin. Any worthy home deserves a name. We named ours "Two Bear Lodge."

Today, we still have a photo of that craft store log cabin. Our cabin is about fifty times better for many reasons.

The main reason is successfully growing our consciousness large enough to claim that ever-growing dream.

Once you start to “get it,” you wonder why it took so long to awaken.

I still enjoy gazing at that early photo of the craft store log cabin. It documents the small kernel of imagination that launched our fulfilled desire.

My only complaint is that it took us so long to awaken and manifest our lodge.
